Solution Focused Therapy provides outpatient counseling services by video, phone and in-person. Our aim is helping people who experience difficulty managing emotional, social or occupational/accademic difficulties. Our professional counselors offer diverse experience including cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR and Child Therapy. We work with children, adolesence and adults.

Our Team

Regina is a licensed therapist providing counseling and psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and families. She uses a person-centered, strengths based approach to help individuals find solutions to matters that trouble them most. She believes people have the skills, insights and capabilities of creating the life they want and it’s her goal to help the client discover and build upon these strengths.

Sandy has had over twenty years experiance. She has worked with many populations including community mental health facilities and with corrections departments. She believes in working with the client to help them use their own strengths to find solutions and self care.

Craig has a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. His goal is to put you at ease while working out scheduling and insurance. He can answer your questions regarding in office, video or phone modalities for your counseling experience.
